Shipping policy

Processing Time

All Exclusively Handmade items are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom or personalized orders may take 5-7 business days for creation before shipping. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. Print On Demand items ("POD") are produced by our printing partners and my take an additional 2-5 business days for fulfillment. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): FREE
• Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $5

For POD items, delivery estimates may vary slightly based on the production location and shipping partner. We will provide tracking details once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the U.S. We are working on expanding our shipping options in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

Combined Orders

If your order includes both handmade and POD items, they will be shipped separately. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Please contact us at info@ukeycreation.com if there are issues with the shipment(s). If your order arrives damaged, please send your order number and photos of the damaged item so we can resolve the issue.
